Ancient Rome's Vegas
Baia in a suburb of Naples has ancient underwater sites predating Pompeii. It is home to a 2000 year old sunken city where the Romans would holiday and entertain. The underwater Archaeology Park has amazing well preserved sites including the Pisoni Villa and the mosaics of Villa Protiro all surrounded by schools of fish. See the well preserved walls and statues. It is possible to pass through marble bathrooms and reception areas which would have been enjoyed by Roma
